About Rotate PDF
Rotate PDF turns pages by 90 degrees clockwise, 90 degrees counter-clockwise, or 180 degrees. You can rotate the whole document, a page range, or individual pages in the thumbnail grid. It changes the page's rotation setting rather than redrawing it, so quality and selectable text stay as they were.
When it helps
- Fixing scans where some pages went through the feeder sideways or upside down
- Turning landscape tables or charts so they read correctly in a mostly portrait report
- Correcting a phone-scanned document before sending it
Tips
- Leave the page range empty to rotate every page, or enter something like 2, 5-6 to rotate only those pages.
- In the page grid you can give individual pages different rotations in one pass, which is handy for mixed scans.
- Rotation adds to any rotation the page already has, so a page already set to 90 degrees becomes 180 if you rotate it by 90 again.
