No. Availability depends on YouTube's returned formats and whether the media URL can be resolved. Only use it for content you have the rights or permission to download.
The resolved media URL comes from YouTube and is temporary. If a prepared link stops working, paste the link again and prepare a fresh media link.
Hosted environments sometimes need optional server env vars: YOUTUBE_COOKIE, YOUTUBE_VISITOR_DATA, or YOUTUBE_PO_TOKEN (per youtubei.js). The tool also tries several InnerTube clients automatically before failing.
