Duplicate PDF Pages repeats chosen pages, or the whole document, as many times as you need. Copies can sit next to each original (1,1,2,2) or repeat the selection as a set (1,2,1,2). Pages are copied without quality loss.
When it helps
- Printing several copies of a form or ticket on one print job
- Repeating a sign-in sheet or worksheet page for a class
- Building a print-ready set of identical labels or flyers before using N-up
Tips
- 'Extra copies' is how many copies are added. 1 means each selected page appears twice in total.
- Use 'Repeat selection as a set' when you want collated copies to print and staple. Use 'Next to each page' for stacks of identical sheets.
- Leave Pages blank to duplicate everything, or use ranges like 1-3, 5, 8- where '8-' means page 8 to the end. Output is capped at 5000 pages.
