About PDF Booklet Maker
PDF Booklet Maker rearranges pages two to a sheet in saddle-stitch order. When you print double-sided and fold the stack in half, the pages read in the right sequence, like a zine or program. If the page count isn't a multiple of four, blank pages are added at the end so the last sheet works out.
When it helps
- Printing event programs, order-of-service sheets or menus as folded booklets
- Making zines or short story booklets at home
- Creating small instruction manuals that staple along the fold
Tips
- Print double-sided and choose flip on short edge. Flipping on the long edge prints every back side upside down.
- 'Two original pages wide' keeps pages at their real size, so A5 pages print side by side on an A4-sized sheet. Choosing A4 or Letter scales pages down to fit half the sheet.
- Plan blank pages yourself if you want them in specific places, such as inside the cover, using Insert Blank Pages before imposing.
