About Organize PDF
Organize PDF rearranges the pages of a document. Type the new order as page numbers, like 3,1,2, or drag thumbnails in the page grid. Pages are moved, not redrawn, so nothing about their content changes.
When it helps
- Fixing a scan where pages were fed in the wrong order
- Moving an appendix or summary page to the front of a report
- Putting a signature page back where it belongs after it was scanned separately
Tips
- When typing an order, list every page number exactly once. For a five-page file that's something like 2,1,3,5,4. Missing or repeated numbers are rejected.
- For long documents, the drag-and-drop page grid is easier than typing dozens of numbers.
