About Add Image or Signature to PDF
Add Image or Signature to PDF places a PNG or JPG, such as a scanned signature, company logo or 'Approved' stamp, onto PDF pages. You choose one of nine positions, the width as a percentage of the page, the distance from the edge and the opacity. The image is added on top of the existing page without re-rendering it.
When it helps
- Adding your signature to the last page of a letter or form
- Putting a logo on every page of a report or proposal
- Stamping 'Paid' or 'Received' on invoices
Tips
- For signatures, use a PNG with a transparent background so the paper and lines underneath show through. A JPG always has a solid rectangle behind it.
- Type the last page's number in Pages to sign only that page. Leave it blank to place the image on every page.
- Width is a percentage of page width. For a signature, around 20 to 30% is usually right. Lower the opacity for a subtle watermark-style logo.

Placement uses nine preset positions plus a distance-from-edge setting rather than free dragging. Combine them to land close to a signature line.
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many files you process.
