About Insert Blank Pages
Insert Blank Pages adds empty pages to a PDF between every page, after a chosen page, at the start or end, or just enough to make the page count even. Each blank page matches the size of the page next to it, so mixed-size documents stay consistent.
When it helps
- Adding a blank back to every page so a document prints correctly as single-sided sheets on a duplex printer
- Padding a document to an even page count so the next chapter starts on a right-hand page
- Leaving space for handwritten notes between lecture slides
- Reserving a page for a cover or a later insert
Tips
- 'Between every page' doesn't add a blank after the last page. Use 'At the end' as well if you need one there.
- 'Make page count even' adds a single page only when the count is odd, and does nothing otherwise.
- You can add up to 50 blank pages at a time with the count setting.
